A $20 non-refundable deposit is due before work can begin on a complete blog design package. For a la carte accessories and services, payment is due in full before work can commence. Once the design elements are complete, an additional invoice will be sent for the balance and the design will be installed after payment is received. The only acceptable method of payment is Paypal.

The deposit will be honored for a maximum of one month once work begins, and therefore timely responses to my questions are appreciated.


Once the deposit is received, your blog will be placed in the queue and you will be notified of an approximate time that we can begin work on your design. A rough draft header and menu will be sent for your approval. Once the header design is approved, we will move on to the next element. As each element is completed, you will be sent a draft for approval. The complete design will be available to view on a test blog, which will be sent to you towards the end of the process.

Once the final drafts are approved, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. Once payment is received, the design will be installed within 48 hours. Your Blogger login information (username, password) will be requested at this time. This is only needed so your design can be installed, and will be kept completely confidential. If you would prefer, the design elements can be emailed to you for self installation at your own risk.

Blogger templates will not be used; all work is done custom within the HTML coding. If you have any special revisions within your HTML code, please let me know that on your questionnaire.


I want you to absolutely love your blog design, and will be fully committed throughout the design process. However, at this time only four revisions are allowed per design. Each additional revision will be charged per hour at a rate of $30, with advance notice.

If during the design process you choose to change the design, you will be charged an additional $30 for a redesign.


Once the site design is approved and installed, you will have 48 hours to make any minor changes. After the interim, any changes will be subject to a fee of no less than $25.


Six design spaces are open each month. Your communications will be answered as quickly as possible. Unfortunately at this time phone consultations are not available.


Linkable images are uploaded to the design Photobucket account, unless otherwise requested. Non-linkable images (header, sidebar titles) are uploaded through your Blogger account.


Please check your email often during the duration of the design process. Since communication is done by email, several quick messages may be required back and forth for a faster design process.


A design credit at the bottom and/ or sidebar of the page and you will be asked that it stays there for as long as you use the design (full or in part) that has been created for you. There will be no release of rights to my designs.


All designs are protected under copyright and are the property of Simply Klassic Design. All parts of the blog design, including images and coding, may not be altered, shared, or copied. You may add or edit gadgets, text, pictures, and posts on your blog.
